An industrial setting obviously has far more waste pass through it than a residential one on any given day. Yet, even if this were not the case, you would eventually need to replace the sewage and effluent pumps in your factory system. As you probably realize, a broken pump can cost between a few hundred and several thousand dollars to replace. Of course, without a pump, gravity can only do so much and your factory’s blackwater and greywater can build up in the system. Although relatively clean greywater won't do as much harm as toxic blackwater, you can still lose a lot of money to clean-up processes when there is a backup.
